Successful GlobalCapital recruitment drive
GlobalCapital plc recently held a successful recruitment day. The event was attended by over 100 potential candidates seeking to join the GlobalCapital sales team.

GlobalCapital director, James Blake, delivered an introductory talk while Sales Career Training and Development manager, Mark Pritchard, and Branch manager, Joe Camilleri, delivered the company’s induction programme for prospective candidates and underlined the importance that GlobalCapital attributes to career progression through staff training and mentoring.

Following the introductory talks, one-to-one

interviews were carried out where each candidate had the opportunity to be interviewed by one of GlobalCapital’s managers. Candidates were primarily assessed on their communication skills, personality and willingness to embark on a sales career.

“Through these recruitment days we are able to efficiently meet up with all potential employees on a more personal level without the tension associated with a formal interview. We believe that prospective candidates can feel more at ease and able to better present their personality and aspirations without feeling self-conscious,” said Mr Blake.
